Through more than 40 years as a high-quality knitwear textile manufacturer we have worked hard to develop a complete in-house vertical production process that is flexible, fast and competitively priced. Most of all we create a hassle-free process that makes your product sourcing process simple.

Here’s how we do it.

Great knitwear clothing and accessories can only be made from the finest yarn. That’s why we have created a large network of suppliers from Italy, Germany, Spain and Greece to source our materials from, including sustainable yarns and fabrics. This means we can provide expert advice on which fabrics and yarns are perfect for your specific items and the most viable printing methods.

Our suppliers include some of the biggest producers of sustainable yarns and fabrics in Europe and allowing our clients to meet the environmental and ethical concerns of their customers.

The sampling stage of our process is when the design patterns, samples and changes come together to show the client what the finished product will look like. Our design department is in-house, so they can adjust the patterns as necessary on our Stoll flat machines’ M1 Plus program, giving us total control over how pre-production sampling is done.

Our team of experienced pattern makers are used to facing and overcoming major design challenges quickly. Our fast sampling turnaround time is up there with the best in the knitwear fashion business and the sooner we can finalize how the client wants the item the quicker we’ll get to final product delivery.

Our production facilities are unrivalled in south-eastern Europe, so when the pre-production sample is finalized we can set our machines to action. We use the latest technology to track and manage our design and production processes to ensure uniformity and that production stays on track.

Our large factory premises houses 48 top-range HP Stoll flat machines while we also have exclusive production contracts with sub-contractors for over 100 more Stoll flat machines. With annual production of over 500,000 clothing pieces and a further 200,000 accessories we have the capacity to fulfil any order no matter how large or small.

The relationships we have built over our decades as international knitwear manufacturers means we can guarantee fast delivery of exports anywhere in the world. Depending on which yarns need to be sourced for the items, which can alter lead-in times, deliveries are made within 7-10 weeks. As part of our vertical, full-service production we also provide custom labels and packaging for all the items we ship.
